ArcTanGent Festival Finalises 2026 Line-Up with Cardiacs, MØL and More
All good things come in threes, and for the third and final time (at least for this year) ArcTanGent Festival updates its line-up for August 2026. The avant-garde musical mix clearly wasn’t finished yet — there are simply too many talented artists capable of filling every colour of the genre rainbow. What awaits is a wild melting pot of rock, metal, doom, psych, math rock, post-rock, folk rock, avant-garde and much, much more.
When? 19–22 August 2026
Where? Fernhill Farm near Bristol
Among the additions are Kingston’s legendary Cardiacs, arriving with new member Mike Vennart and bringing the chaotic spirit the band has always been known for.
Extravagance also has a name, and cult favourites The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza seem ready to remind everyone why.
And who else is stepping in? Danish blackgaze outfit MØL, the hauntingly powerful British singer-songwriter A. A. Williams, and genre-bending Bristol band Scaler.
The idea of the word silent appearing anywhere near rock and metal might sound odd. But if anyone can make unusual combinations work, it’s ArcTanGent. The festival’s heaviest Silent Disco arrives with Battlesnake, while punk outfit Witch Fever and returning favourites Youthmovies also join the bill.
- CARDIACS
- A.A. WILLIAMS
- MØL
- SCALER
- WITCH FEVER
Speaking about these final additions, organiser James Scarlett says:
Just like that, the ArcTanGent 2026 line up is complete. Is there a better way to do it than bagging highly-requested absolute-legends Cardiacs, finally getting the Youthmovies reunion we’ve been working on since 2021, and bringing The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza for their first ever UK show. This has truly been our best-selling year and a sold out festival is on the horizon – so thank you to all the ArcTanGent family for their huge support this year. If you haven’t got a ticket yet, don’t sleep on it or risk being sorely disappointed! For everyone that has, we shall see you in August!
There’s still a little time left, but tickets are already available here. Scroll through the names below — there are plenty of highlights waiting.
