CAPTAIN WILDCHILD RELEASE NEW SINGLE ‘FANTASY’

Canadian noise-makers Captain WildChild have released another straight-up banger in the form of ‘Fantasy’.
The band have said:
“Our new song Fantasy focuses on the distractions we’re constantly surrounded with and how we need to overcome them. With the verses, we wanted the lyrics to drop the listener into a fictional world of extravagance and splendor to contrast that with the choruses, where we wanted to tease the listener with the reality sitting right in front of their eyes.”
Speaking on the video, the band had this to say:
“The music video, from the shooting to the editing, was done by us. We think there’s something to be said for a song about riches and fantasies that is coated in humourous, DIY artwork. The imperfections of the video are perfectly matched to the spirit of the song.”
It features the band in matching outfits, dancing in front of a backdrop of an array of old video games, including GTA. Yeah…
