CAVE IN TO PLAY ONE OFF UK SHOW
Written by Malcolm Dome on October 22, 2018
Cave In are to play one show in Britain next spring.
The band will be appearing at The Electric Ballroom in London on April 12, with Old Man Gloom and Bossk also on the bill. The gig will be a tribute to the band’s late bassist/vocalist Caleb Scofield, who died earlier this year. And part of the proceeds will be donated to his family.
Says guitarist Stephen Brodksy: “The UK holds countless memories of crazy times with Cave In, and we’re more than excited for our first London show in 10+ years. It will be our pleasure to give the good people of England a chance to celebrate the life and art of Caleb Scofield, by offering a partial donation of proceeds from that night to the Scofield family. We hope that you’ll join us and our close friends Old Man Gloom, as well as one of your finest musical exports Bossk, for this very special occasion.”
Tickets go on sale from 10am on October 26.
