Craneium Signs To ‘The Sign Records’

Craneium has signed to The Sign Records for the release of their third studio album, set for release in autumn 2021.
The band comments ”We are so excited to work with The Sign Records, which in our books is a mark of approval for any band out there.”
The first single ‘A Secret Garden’ leading up to the new album is released on all streaming platforms on May 21, 2021.
