IRRESISTIBLE FELICIA AND THE GAMMON LUMPS AMBASSADORS OF SCANTILY CLAD
Down in the deep dark depths of the underground of Cabaret lurks the powerful Felicia & The Gammon Lumps. Ambassadors of Scantily Clad, creating an arousal of interest on stage. Felicia compels an affinity of sexy Dita Von Teese and doesn’t do anything a Rockstar isn’t meant to do. She lures you to the spotlight as she falls over your eyes as you’d have a Jack Daniels in hand. Wearing only stockings & suspenders or Polka Dot bikinis, gripping her body and the listener to her venvirulent brew of Punk, Metal & Grime. It appears it’s all been thrown into the blender also serving you a potent cocktail of sexed up horror & a slice of death metal on the side.
Think David Bowie meets Lady Gaga . A twisted form of his “Blackstar” album. A dramatic master of the stage strategically exciting the viewers with her striptease extravaganza. Rockstar Felicia and her big shot band come all the way from the melting pots of Bradford and Manchester. The group have exploded into the scene all guns blazing and are misbehaving badly, distintively carving their way through the industry. Call it a one way ticket into ecstasy. This is a rare entertainer. One that will just continuously blow your face off with her provocative paramour of songs driving you into the gothic eclipse. Having been nominated for the Fem Metal Awards, Felica and The Gammon Lumps are a MUST SEE Band & have definitely caught the attention of Indya. Bowie has always been a crush of Indya’s , and Felicia is the next best thing!
Felicia have recently recorded two new songs “You are the resistance” and “Osmium” besides already having a Debut Album, “Feel Good Songs For The Oblivion” After having heard them, they are a fusion of extensive Riffs & pornstar licks. The music is dirty fierce nude punk with a grungy vibe. The guitars are hard and gritty throughout most songs, with a Hendrixy Wah. Felicia’s voice is almost 1950’s Jazz but with a demonic tone. The more I listened, the more I heard influences of Royal Blood, Prodigy, David Bowie and Rocky Horror Show. A completely twisted collusion of music. From Acid Jazz to hard Rock intensity, twangy guitar strings to a heavy guitar build. A moulin Rouge Bloody culture. With a Baritone sonorous Bowie voice, and fearless emotional vocals. It makes you just want to rip those stockings off!
