Deep Purple have been honoured with a prestigious Ivor Novello award in London.
The Mk 2 line-up received the ‘International Achievement Award’ at the 2019 Ivor Novello Songwriting Awards. Ian Gillan, Roger Glover and Ian Paice were on hand to accept this honour, but Ritchie Blackmore was absent.
