STONE TEMPLE PILOTS TO REISSUE DEBUT ALBUM

Stone Temple Pilots are to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their first album ‘Purple’ by releasing a super deluxe edition.
This expanded version will be put out on September 13 through Rhino. It will be available in a three CD/one LP set, and is to have a remastered edition of the original album, plus unreleased different versions of these tracks, rarities and a previously unissued concert recording from August 23, 1994 in New Haven, Connecticut.
There will also be a two CD deluxe edition, released on the same day. A limited edition bundle of the super deluxe edition is now available to pre-order at www.stonetemplepilots.com This includes a bonus replica seven inch vinyl single of ‘Interstate Love Song’, originally released in the UK during 1994. This exclusive bundle is limited to 1000 copies.
