Tangerine Dream’s Zeitraffer Exhibition At London’s Barbican Plus Re-Worked Classics Album To Coincide

The exhibition, Tangerine Dream: Zeitraffer, which has just opened and runs till 2nd May 2020 is Free admission to everyone, has been curated by Bianca Froese-Acquaye, Felix Moser and Melanie Reinisch and will present photographs, previously unpublished articles, video clips, and original synthesizers, to take visitors on an immersive journey that tells the band’s extraordinary story whilst revealing London’s key role in the international breakthrough of Tangerine Dream during the 1970s.
A very limited number of tickets are available for a private view on 24th January 2020, which will feature a reading from Edgar Froese’s autobiography, ‘Tangerine Dream – Force Majeure’, by his widow, Bianca Froese-Acquaye, and a screening of the documentary ‘Revolution Of Sound: Tangerine Dream’, which includes a talk with director Margarete Kreuzer.
To accompany the Tangerine Dream: Zeitraffer Exhibition at London’s Barbican, which opens on 16th January, Kscope will be releasing ‘Recurring Dreams’, a collection of newly re-worked Tangerine Dream classics and this will be out on 31st January 2020 on CD with the vinyl version to follow on 28th February.
