The cover of the single shows Eddie The Head observing the famous Nasca lines in Peru. Among them, you can also see the logo of the band.
The song features Andean instruments such as the Quena and the Zampoña.
Producer Roy Z had this to say ”Flor De Loto is what would have happened if Iron Maiden met Jethro Tull in the ruins of Machu Picchu.”
