TOTALROCK LAUNCHES ‘SUNDAYS AT SLIMS’ with ‘RIVAL KARMA’

TotalRock announces a series of free live streams with in association with London’s Slim Jim’s Liquor Store

Legendary rock radio station TotalRock has announced it will be working with London’s premier rock & roll bar Slim Jim’s Liquor Store to present a series of free and exclusive live streams for fans of rock and metal – direct to the fans living rooms.

Promoting rising talent is at the heart of the intimate iconic venue which over the years has provided a stage to some of the hottest rising acts around. Similarly, TotalRock, which just celebrated 21 years since its formation, has a keen emphasis on providing a platform for new talent on its radio station and its various associated platforms including its Youtube and Twitch channels.

The series kicks off  at 8pm this Sunday September 5^th on https://twitch.tv/totalrock with performances from London Based Ninja Rock Duo Rival Karma . Other bands already confirmed are  Dead Romantics and The Daybreakers. This series will showcase some of the hottest young bands and established artists in the UK, all  live in crystal-clear sound and vision. Fans can tune in via TotalRock`s social media channels including Twitch, Youtube and TotalRock radio where the audio will be broadcast at a later date. (New York, NY) London-based “Ninja Rock” duo Rival Karma release their punchy new single “Honey!”,
out 7/23/21 from their sophomore upcoming EP. Despite it’s upbeat and bold instrumentals, the track is
quite sombre in its subject matter. According to the pair, “The whole E.P. was born through the idea of
manifesting the band’s different emotions through music.’Honey’ is the opening track of the E.P, so while it is musically upbeat, it is about the particular regret of not speaking up about the way you truly feel about someone…a lover, a soulmate, a friend, a relative.” The song showcases irresistibly gritty guitar strumming and wistful, distant vocals throughout that mourn the absence of someone special.
