Unknown Era new video for ‘The Misfit’
Nottingham nine piece ska outfit, Unknown Era, have released the second video from their forthcoming album, ‘A State of Affairs‘, out today on ‘I’m Not From London Records’!
As the title suggests, ‘The Misfit‘ is about not feeling you fit into society.
The video is a montage of home footage shot in lockdown of the band and singing and dancing along in and around Nottingham, social distanced of course.
The band take on political and social issues and blend with traditional caribbean sounds, ska, reggae and roots, mixed with contemporary punk, rock, acoustic and rap, yet presents itself upbeat and motivational. This is not your standard two tone or third wave, this beat is fresh, energised and will have you singing and dancing.
