VINNIE PAUL DIES

Former Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul has died at the age of 54.
The drummer, who founded the iconic metal band in 1981, was found dead at his home in Las Vegas, after suffering a heart atack. No other details have yet been made available. The announcement of his passing was made on Pantera’s Facebook page:
: “Vincent Paul Abbott, aka Vinnie Paul, has passed away.
“Paul is best known for his work as the drummer in the bands Pantera and Hellyeah.
“No further details are available at this time. The family requests you please respect their privacy during this time.”
Aside from Pantera, he was also a member of Damageplan and Hellyeah.
