TORMÉ TRIBUTE FUND SET UP

A fund has been set up in tribute to Bernie Tormé, who died on March 17.

This has been set by the guitarist’s family, in lieu being sent to his funeral. The money will be sent to Guy’s And St. Thomas’ Hospital in London. In a statement, Tormé’s family say:

“The family would like to extend their thanks and gratitude for all the kind words and comments since Bernie’s untimely passing.

“The outpouring of love and affection for the great man just underlined how missed Bernie will be by the music community and beyond.”
