WILDHEARTS TO RELEASE FIRST STUDIO ALBUM IN A DECADE

The Wildhearts are to put their first studio album in 10 years on May 3.

It’s to be titled ‘Renaissance Men’ and sees the return of the band’s classic line-up, featuring Ginger, CJ, Ritchie and Danny.

Not only that, but The Wildhearts will play eight UK shows, starting at Manchester Academy 2 on May 3. They then head for Edinburgh Liquid Rooms 4, Cardiff Tramshed 6, Bristol SWX 7, London Brixton Electric 9, Norwich Waterfront 10, Leeds Stylus 11, Newcastle Riverside 12.

Says CJ: “Well fuck me it’s only been 10 years since our last release and we have a monster album on its way. Danny is back in the band and we hit the road in May, playing new tunes and all the old hits. Can’t wait and I know the boys are super bloody excited for this. ROCK!”
